Nea Steele:

Nea has been riding off-road since the age of 10, starting out on dirt tracks and trails across the United States. She's travelled extensively by motorbike across four continents, riding both on and off-road - from the jungles of Indonesia to an epic journey from the UK to Asia and back, even while pregnant. She also worked on a cattle ranch in Outback Australia, mustering cattle by motorbike in harsh and demanding conditions.

Today, Nea specialises in working with beginner riders ages 4+ through the OSET Academy. During these weekly sessions, Nea introduces young riders to off road motorcycling in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Nea is particularly passionate about encouraging women and girls to ride. Growing up without seeing other female riders, it's important to her that children see women at the track - coaching, riding, getting muddy and having fun. She loves helping new riders build confidence, coordination, and resilience from their very first session. Seeing their passion and determination grow and develop over time is just the icing on the cake. Nea has completed training in motorcycle first aid and emergency first aid and is a firm believer that everyone should experience the exhilaration of riding at least once - life is short and you're never too old to try something new.
